Our NDAA compliant Remote Data Link and Ground Control Stations offer long-range, high-bandwidth, and secure communications suitable for a wide range of applications. We provide a long range for 1080p HD video transmission, support data rates up to 40 Mbps, and offer enhanced anti-interference features along with robust encryption for security. Leveraging our extensive expertise in LTE technology, we implement advanced solutions such as OFDM and MIMO. Our systems support dual-band communications on 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies, secured with AES 256-bit encryption, to ensure you receive the most reliable drone and payload performance in even the most challenging environments.

Payload (Gimbal Camera System)

Our camera payloads offer a robust lineup of NDAA-compliant solutions, designed for a variety of drones, including options like LIDAR, multi-sensor cameras featuring RGB and thermal imaging, laser range meters, oblique camera systems, and multi-spectral image systems. These high-tech components are powered by a 7nm Qualcomm processor capable of ultra-high resolution image processing up to 200 Megapixels, enriched with object tracking through powerful AI and DSP engines. The result is a series of compact, lightweight, and rugged camera systems, ideal for small to mid-sized UAV platforms. Featuring a modular design and open standards, our payloads provide plug-and-play gimbals for easy and efficient integration.

Propulsion System

Our motor design expertise ranges from the nimble 08 series to the robust 95 series motors, and innovative gimbal motors supporting up to 3 kg. These are crafted through advanced electromagnetic and thermal analyses to ensure top-tier reliability and performance. Our rotor designs consistently outperform market standards thanks to a sophisticated and proven process. Rapid Integration and Manufacturing for EO/IR Camera Systems
An OEM required rapid integration and manufacturing of a dual optical and thermal (EO/IR) camera solution into its drone system. Aerora leveraged its engineering and NDAA-compliant manufacturing capabilities to fulfill this need. Collaborating, the advanced FLIR Hadron camera, featuring 640×512 thermal and 64MP optical resolutions, to ensure superior imaging performance was selected. Utilizing Lantronix’s system-on-module (SOM) solutions and engineering support, along with Qualcomm’s advanced processing technologies, Aerora integrated these components onto a precision-engineered 3-axis gimbal. This approach significantly reduced the OEM’s development timeline and resource allocation, enabling a quicker approach to market.

Expanding on our proven EO/IR camera integration expertise, Aerora can adapt to a broader range of sensor types and applications.
